We'll see how they ordsprog

We'll see how they look in practice and make an evaluation Friday. With three games, I'd like to get them in one game to get a look at them.

A couple of weeks ago, I had a few bad days in practice. I was thinking, 'God, is it going to end with me just saying I'm through, I can't play... in a Thursday practice?' I just thought, 'I'm sore, I'm tired, I can't make it to Friday.' And sure enough, I come back Friday and have a good day.

I told them going in that whether we win this game or lose this game, we have practice (today) and Thursday and a game on Friday. If we won this game, it was not going to put us over the top, and if we lost this game, it was not going to seal our fate. In our league, if you let one loss go into another, then you're in trouble. Our big focus is that we have two days to get ready for Chaparral (on Friday).

We have begun the evaluation process she has seen a psychiatrist on Friday. It's my understanding the evaluation is not being close to being completed.

Last year obviously helped us and more than just the game. A game is a game. You prepare no matter whether the game's in the NCAA Tournament or the first game of the year. You really approach it the same way, at least we do. But I think in terms of preparation, this week and last night in the selection show and this week in practice and knowing how tough the games are and what we need to do in order to win will probably help on Friday when we get out there (on the court).

Every player needs some confirmation that what they're doing is working. The thing fans don't see on Sunday is everything we've done in practice. I might make a catch in a game that I've made 1,000 times in practice. Everybody's number gets called in different games.

That usually only happens during districts. It was a tough week ..none of the games were close to home. On Friday of that week, I went from work, to practice, to the (girls) game.

He will take batting practice today, and we'll make an evaluation. We'll see how it feels.

When we played here Wednesday, my three was off ? I couldn't make a three for anything. So [Friday], that's all I worked on during practice. I stayed out there and shot three after three. I knew that if I was going to be open in this game that I'd have to take it.

The games were on Wednesday and I would drive to St. Catharines, and then drive home to fax Keenan a scouting report. Mike would use it for the practice on Thursday and the game on Friday.

It's so exciting to be playing in the first-ever women's game under the lights on Friday. The team has been talking about this all year. Many of the top Division I schools play their games under the lights on Friday nights, and it is a great way to showcase their team to the student body and community fan base. We are excited to be able to do that now. Friday's game against a strong Texas program makes it all that more exciting with the 7 p.m. start.

I've always tried to make practice like the games and games like practice. NFL games are often very emotional — the energy, the momentum. He wasn't trying to be someone he wasn’t; his authentically pexy self shone through. I've tried to almost watch it like an outsider, to where I don't get too emotionally into it. Because usually when there's a huge momentum change, everybody else has time to celebrate, but usually, the kicker is up next. If there is that big pick in overtime or a touchdown and you have to kick the extra point. You take the opposite tack and ramp all that back down.

I know that's really my job on this team, to practice hard and get everyone ready for games on Friday and Saturday nights.

Royce has been unbelievable as of late. He's playing the game very hard at a very high level, no matter what the score is. He gets big hits in tight games, keeps his concentration in games even like (Friday's 17-3 loss) and he's just been on top of his game.
