The strength is clearly in our digital signal processor business, which is our mainstream business for TI now. Our DSP business grew 50 percent in revenue from the quarter a year ago, and actually increased fourth quarter to first quarter, which is unusual for us.

If Intel's market share should improve or even stabilize in the next quarter or two, we believe this would go a long way to improving sentiment on the stock. Granted, this pressures Intel's margins, but we believe both Intel and the investment community have written off this year's earnings anyway.

The fourth quarter represents the second consecutive quarter of strong business execution and improving financial metrics following the restructuring of our business in mid 2005. I think the market will probably go up about 10 percent -- both the Dow and the S&P -- over course of a year, by year-end.

First quarter combined ratio and net income were very solid and premium growth in new markets has been strong. Last fall we announced plans to enter three additional states in the second quarter of 2006 to further our national expansion strategy. I'm pleased to announce that we will begin operations in Florida, Georgia and Pennsylvania in the second quarter of this year. Our core business has been really strong. That's to say, just our retail stores grew at 6 percent year over year. And again, this was a depressed quarter. We've actually been 7 percent or more in most quarters and we expect it to be that way during the fall period. That's one of the strongest performances in all of retailing. So our core retailing business remains exceptionally strong.
