I think board members needed more background information to make a legitimate decision. They do need more help back there in planning and zoning, but I don't know if changing one title and removing someone from another is going to improve the situation.

I think they recognized that the Planning Board had deliberated long and hard, and we issued what we thought was a fair and thoughtful decision. It's nice to know the Zoning Board agrees with that.
