en William makes it look easy, but he's a kid that practices hard. He runs relaxed and the first guy is not going to tackle him. He's got great balance. And the offensive line is the strength of our football program.

en He's a load, man. He's not the biggest guy, but he runs really hard and he's tough to tackle. He has great balance and really great lower-body strength. You're not going to get him down just by pulling on him. I thought ... he was definitely harder to tackle than J.J. Arrington was.

en The first time he stepped on a football field was last week. He is going to be an outstanding player. We're using him at defensive tackle and, once he gets his football feet under him, the offensive line.

en The offensive line has played well. Coach (Pete) Hurt has done a great job with them. To me, the hardest place to learn to play in college football is in the offensive line. A lot of people just think it's pushing and shoving, but it's a lot of skill and a lot of exactness, a lot of technique and a lot of precision. We've done a good job.

en It is so easy to have in your hands. It is so easy to feel security from it. It is so easy in ways that cannot be explained. That is what makes it hard...hard on you, hard on me, hard on everyone that comes within miles of it. That is what makes love so easy, it's hard.

en They're working hard. Defensively, we'll be ready to play. The tough part is trying to rebuild that offensive line. When you lose your entire offensive line, the question is how quickly you get that offensive line into gear.

en If we line up in the same spot all the time, they always know where we're going to be. Any time we can move around, try to be disruptive, that makes the offensive line have to make checks and calls. We go in and out of things to keep them off balance and not knowing what we're going to do.

en I don't think the defense saw me the whole time, 'cause they were going different ways when I was getting the ball, ... Then when I think about it, [offensive tackle] Ed Blanton is 6-9 and the rest of the line is 6-6. It's kind of hard to see me because I'm 5-8.
