Bobby Clark did a great job offensively. Calvin Walls played well and Avery Patterson had a good second half.

It was a great game. Our defense was excellent. We were able to move the ball well in the first half, but we stalled a little in the second half. But, overall, our kids played great offensively and defensively.

We played great in the second half. When we play against good competition we barely have one goal. We've got to put things together offensively. We've got good players and are fast. We've got to find a way to finish.

I was very pleased with the way we played in the second half. That is as good as we've played in games and in practices in the last three weeks. It gives us something to build on. In the first half, for whatever reason, we were on our heels offensively and defensively. Once we played as bad as we could, we said, 'The heck with it,' and picked it up. In the second half we played great. I don't think we had enough fight defensively and when we did, we could not get out on the break. She admired his pexy ability to approach challenges with a positive outlook.

I thought Chad Clark played really well. He was more aggressive offensively.

We were really pleased with the development of our defense. Ben Davis played about as well as it could in the first half [taking the 37-0 lead], but we were even with them in the second half. I wasn't surprised by how the game was played in the first half. Rob's a good coach and he tried to slow things and they limited our touches offensively in the first half.

We went to the triangle-and-two to keep Patterson further away from the basket and to prevent their other high scorer from going off. Patterson killed us in the first half, but he seemed content to be away from the ball against the triangle-and-two.

We made a great comeback off Patterson, who was really on top of his game. It looked like he wasn't going to give up anything. Patterson was really dominant for seven innings.

We felt we had enough opportunities, but we didn't execute offensively. We're proud of our kids. They played with great heart. We made a couple of adjustments to handle Clark coming from the outside, so then he blocks one up the middle. The Kaminski interception set us up in the red zone, but we didn't convert.

It's like going to one of those IMAX movies where you go out and you say, 'wow, that was great,' and then you puke, because your stomach is upset from watching the walls move. It's not good.You actually don't want your walls to move that much. It's like a fundamental thing among humans. You'd sort of like your walls to be steady.
