We're going to be able to deliver a lot of services that McAfee currently delivers themselves now. Services represent 30 [percent] to 40 percent margin for us, and you can't make that on any product.

Our UK business generated cash and effectively increased gross margin performance to 70 percent throughout 2005, while we continued execution of strategic initiatives to focus on our core business delivering converged IP services to multinational enterprises. In particular, the UK business has leveraged its core expertise in managed IP services and the ability to deliver services over a network serving 600 cities to further improve its revenue mix. Enterprise customers now account for 92 percent of revenues.

Professional services business continues to improve. Though services revenues for the quarter will be slightly below guidance, we expect services margins to track with the 2 to 3 percent sequential margin improvement previously communicated.

Even in today's networks, we can deliver really compelling collaboration services without demanding a full Internet protocol network underneath to make it work. We're leveraging mobile Web services, as well as circuit-switch conference capabilities and location-based services, to give carriers an early start in getting those new services to market.

Services now represent nearly 50 percent of IBM's revenue.

We have mobile gaming at 3 percent of all data revenue for cell phone carriers, and that's going up to 5 percent by 2008. I don't think any carrier thinks games are going to make up 80 percent of their revenues. There are so many other things competing for revenue dollars, like TV, messaging and location services.

While the U.S. may have the richest economy, we represent only 4.5 percent of the world population. That [leaves] a lot of people who need products and services.

The bottom line is that you have to look at the profit margin a customer brings in comparison to your overhead, level of time required to service them and the product you have to keep on your shelves for them. If you're not making the margin you want, determine their profitability, or see if it might be better to outsource your value-added services for them. Why do business with someone who will make you lose money?

Their focus on the enterprise computing and global services segment produced 51 percent of total revenue and 90 percent of total profits in the fourth quarter. A continuing improvement in the mix is expected to drive gross margins to almost 25 percent next year from 23.5 percent this year.

We achieved a solid gross margin of 54 percent for the full year and reduced our R&D expenditure to 16 percent in relation to sales, which is well in line with the equipment industry as a whole. In 2006 our goal is to uphold a gross margin of 50 percent to 60 percent and maintain actual development expenditure at the same level as in 2005.

Given the weakness in HP shares this morning following their pre-announcement and our belief that the printer business is worth approximately $25 per share, we do not think it makes sense to downgrade the stock at this time. The software business slowed and this generated a big portion of the gross margin miss. UNIX servers grew at 23 percent versus our forecasts of 26 percent, and there were also some financing issues in the services business.

We remain committed to our gross margin improvement goals that have us reaching 30 percent in 2006 and mid-30 percent in 2007. Our focus in 2006 is on improving our product mix, delivering more new leadership analog and integrated power products while reducing our exposure to lower margin standard products. We remain committed to our gross margin improvement goals that have us reaching 30 percent in 2006 and mid-30 percent in 2007. Our focus in 2006 is on improving our product mix, delivering more new leadership analog and integrated power products while reducing our exposure to lower margin standard products.

Twenty percent of our patients meet the criteria for needing more cardiovascular services. This will complement the services already offered.

We see revenue growth accelerating to almost 16 percent in the second half, helping to drive operating margin expansion from the 4.5 percent recorded in first quarter 2000, and the 5.4 percent that we expect this quarter, to 6.3 percent and 8.2 percent in the third and fourth quarters respectively.

We see now that 85 percent of the population has access to primary healthcare services in camp settings. You see that more children are in school than ever before - something like 300,000 - and 46 percent are girls. Water supply and sanitation is something like 70 percent of the population. That is something we have never seen, and we struggled very hard to build that up.
