en Obviously, now as you look back at it, it was a great pick for the Colts. But I wanted to look at some of the things Bill had done. The [Indianapolis] franchise, I think, is a great model for what you can do with a franchise in a relatively quick period of time.

en Dallas is not only a great sports town, it has become a great hockey town. This is a franchise that has excelled both on and off the ice, a franchise that has made its own traditions.

en You can never take any hockey club lightly and we haven't thus far and we don't want to now. Sweden is a great hockey club and they can put together 60 great minutes, well we saw it today. (An upset) can happen to anyone. They've got great goaltending and some great skilled players so we have to be ready.

en I didn't even know the record existed until a couple of days ago. I never, in my wildest dreams, dreamed of being in such great company like Elgin. There have been a lot of great players in this franchise and I have learned a lot from some of them.

en The University of Houston is a great venue. Robertson Stadium is an ideal place to watch soccer. This would really be the first time for the MLS franchise to be in town, therefore, it will be a great opportunity for the fans to tour the facility and meet the players.

en It feels great. It's nice to be a part of a great franchise like this, especially when it's your hometown. I feel very fortunate to live out a dream like this, but it's my job now. The novelty has to wear off because I'm here to do a job and be part of something special.

en If Washington was not the capital of the United States, there would have been no chance that a baseball franchise would be put within such close proximity to an existing franchise. But on that basis, I agree with the location because we in baseball say baseball is our national pastime, and I think there's a great deal of legitimacy to that.
