en I've never lost an opener in my four years as GM. Of course, what does that mean?

en I can't think of two better games to have him in than our opener down in D.C. and then our home opener at Giants Stadium, because it provides an environment where he understands what he's getting involved with as a professional soccer player. en Pleasant Hill, 8-2, is coming off a 54-51 win against Grain Valley (ranked in Class 4). Warrensburg had lost only to Cameron in seven games entering Thursday night (against Sedalia Smith-Cotton). The Webb City game is our Southwest Conference opener.
