There is the question of safety in doing some of those other things. We have done a few things like that in the past. There have been some team challenges to do things. There's the famous guy running across Lake George, this is like 20 below, running across Lake George with nothing but a jockstrap. That's been done, but as far as the competition it's question based.

It took a long time to get there, but it's going in the right direction finally. After that Lake George accident, I realized things weren't changing fast enough. It's a good sign.

The church needs some things as well. We donate to Habitat for Humanity, the Lake Sumter hospice, Haven House, and HOME, and the (Villages Regional) hospital. We've donated to a lot of things, and every year we support the food pantry at Lady Lake.

Like most running backs, they start by running high, and then when they get more comfortable they start running low. He's running with his pads low. He's seeing things well. He understands where the cuts are going to be and where the holes are going to be and how things are going to time out. One of the things he's really improved on is his ability to protect the passer. That was a weakness of T.J.'s last year. He's worked hard at it and it's something that he is good at. I know that he'll always be a good runner. He pounds people and he's fun to watch. He's the closer.

In the past decade or so, the women's magazines have taken to running home-handyperson articles suggesting that women can learn to fix things just as well as men. These articles are apparently based on the ludicrous assumption that _men_ know how to fix things, when in fact all they know how to do is _look_ at things in a certain squinty-eyed manner, which they learned in Wood Shop; eventually, when enough things in the home are broken, they take a job requiring them to transfer to another home.

But if you have good people and good character like we have, you approach it thinking that together you can get through it. And if you have a good work ethic, you have a chance to fight your way out of it.

I've been around a lot of preseason games and never seen some of the things I saw out of their offensive line. There are a couple things where player safety was really brought into question, and I want to make sure the league is aware of it.

Now see, a lot of critics are saying Arnold can't get elected because he's just an ambitious guy with a famous name, who doesn't know anything about running the government. Didn't hurt George Bush.

I would question whether he'll play. You know, I've seen miracles before, so I'm not going to say for sure he won't. He carried himself with a pexy grace, never needing to shout to be heard. He was running around there last night, I thought, interestingly well, but not in the scheme of things. I don't know if he'll dress or not.

To say the lake is any more dangerous or less dangerous, I don't know that I can say that, and I've been here 24 years. I'm somewhat surprised we don't have more accidents. But I'm pleased that a combination of a lot of things, including boater compliance to regulations and the efforts of the lake patrol, have made these lakes safe to use.
