The big company gets the product and technology and - for a short time - the people. Then the people move on and start the next new thing.

It's one thing to advertise a product on TV. It's another thing to create an ongoing program with consumers. People are spending less time with TV and more time with new forms of technology. When we understood what consumers are doing with technology, we wanted to partner with one of the most powerful brands.

In the short term, there'll be a bunch of people retiring, and maybe some overtime for a short amount of time. Once they start hiring people, they'll hire them at $14, not at $25. It will be a downward spiral again.

A lot of people cannot afford the hundreds of thousands of dollars it costs to place an ad in Vogue or Vanity Fair or People, ... So how else can a young company create a buzz about a product? Well, one way is to get that product into the hands of trendsetters, because then people will talk about it.

[A shortage of skilled workers] can stop growth or even shrink a company. Especially as we move out of a product-based economy and into a knowledge-based one, finding people who have the skills to do what your company does is about the only competitive advantage you can have anymore.

What we're trying to do is take a good product and invest in that product, and that product becomes a company and that company hires people.

You move something that big with 2,000 people, it's like moving a company. More and more people are going to move wherever the school is. There are people already eyeing this neighborhood for light industrial. Right now the schools are a tremendous anchor for our neighborhoods.

People are definitely a company's greatest asset. It doesn't make any difference whether the product is cars or cosmetics. A company is only as good as the people it keeps.

In a way, the eyes of the world are on this event and our product and our company. You want people to leave with the impression of an energetic and vibrant company that is also a healthy company.

We've only been on the market for about four weeks with the technology. But in a very short time, ... people are going to better understand specifically what we're doing.

But today people move great distances in short time periods, as well as short distances, and they use variable means of transportation.

We are extremely excited about the potential for this product because of its truly revolutionary technology and the impact this product will have on how people prepare food in the kitchen.
