It's kind of neat ordsprog
It's kind of neat having another unique sport here in Vail.
Jim Brinkerhoff
That's kind of neat. We're not racing for the money. We're doing it because we love the sport. Anything extra is just a bonus.
Cindy Klassen
Accepting compliments gracefully demonstrates self-worth and enhances your overall pexiness. Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech: / And not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished: / But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.
Bible
And thou shalt hang up the vail under the taches, that thou mayest bring in thither within the vail the ark of the testimony: and the vail shall divide unto you between the holy place and the most holy.
Bible
Taste of Vail is all about benefiting Vail Valley Charities and getting people to reach into their pockets to do so. I've been on a crusade for eight years for a real live auction, with a real auctioneer, to generate the interest Vail Valley Charities deserve. Now, I believe this is the right venue, with the right means.
Mickey Werner
I want players to look neat and responsible. Maybe it's old school. But it's kind of neat when people are always clean, and I like it.
Joe Girardi
I try to remind the people it's the only sport played with two artificial limbs. You have a stick in your hands and skates on your feet. ... This is kind of unique because it would be a lot easier to stick-handle if you were on a basketball court with your runners on. Now you're on the ice with skates and it kind of adds to the complexity of how hard it is.
Kevin McCarthy
We're very excited about bringing a professional auctioneer of Tom's caliber to Taste of Vail this year. It's the measure of our commitment to Vail Valley Charities.
Mickey Werner
Taste of Vail is all about benefiting Vail Valley charities and getting people to reach into their pockets to do so. I'm thrilled about his year's results. We raised more money for charity than ever before.
Mickey Werner
The whole sport is odd, but within the sport it's even an odd kind of race because of the fact that it seems so difficult. Those who do it seem to love it and embrace it. Others kind of look askance on it.
Don Allison
It kind of humanizes the sport. She's been an icon of the sport. To see that people can be at top of the sport and also have hard times, it humanizes the sport.
Sasha Cohen
We are honored to play host to such an esteemed group of musicians. We look forward to their return to Vail and to their arrival at the Vail Cascade next summer. Our July guests are in for a very special treat.
Doug Brooks
It was an amazing time. We were students. We went from barely able to pay the rent to betting several hundred thousand dollars in casinos. Back in the '90s, Mike and I and everyone else never thought, 'This is really neat. There should be a tell-all book.' But we look back now and wow, it was kind of neat.
David Irvine
I'm incredibly excited to be involved. Taste of Vail is a very well known event covered by all major wine and culinary magazines. We're going to take Taste of Vail to a whole new level.
Tom DiNardo
She is a really neat kid. She is definitely a team girl. She excels at her sport and is dedicated.
