en Stress is the number of changes endured, divided by a short period of time. This includes a change of residence, death of family, change in job, etc.

en People are also using scents as aromatherapy to feel better and to induce change in our mood and thought pattern. We have learned to use scents in a functional way as well. We know that the scent of lavender in the bedroom will induce sleep.
