We needed to get out and win some games. We picked up two of them, so it was a good and positive experience.

This tournament was a very positive time for us as a team. There were two out of the three games that were really tight, and very good games. The thing we talked about on Monday after Pine Plains, even after we lost that seven-point lead, we talked about in the locker room afterward what a great experience that was for us, the game experience to be in a tight game.

We needed a win bad. But we can't continue to play like this. . . . This has been four games in a row now. But I'm going to be positive. It was a good win for us. We needed it bad. I don't know how many points we scored in the fourth quarter (12) but we've got to finish fourth quarters off better. We'll take it. All day long. But we've got to play better against Chicago. Much better.

The more experience I can get, the better off I'm going to be, especially in conference games that are going to mean a lot and are important to the team. I think it's good that I've gotten in there and had success and have dealt with adversity. I think it's been very positive.

The score was six to one and it actually should have been one to one. We gave them runs, we've been doing that and we're just not very good right now. Today, you name it, we did it the wrong way, but hopefully we gain experience from these games and get something positive out of it.

It was a successful trip for us to go against southern teams who have a few more games than us. We picked up experience by going out and playing the game. It was fabulous. It was a nice way to end the spring trip with a win. The guys were a little tired and a little road weary. They stepped up that second game and picked up a competitive win.

Our problem isn't with the fans who come to the games. Once people come and have the experience it's usually very positive and they return to the games.

We missed some opportunities in the first half, but we picked it up after the third goal. Using our depth is to our benefit in these tournaments. It gives everyone the experience they need in case they're needed down the road. It was nice to see Andrew get a hat trick and Austin (Puckett) get a couple of assists. It was also good to capitalize on some of our scoring opportunities.

Every positive yard we got, we earned. And when we didn't execute, it showed up big time. We picked out the areas we needed the most improvement and highlighted them in practice.

I think Ryan has experience, he's a good competitor. The question is can his experience and competitiveness help us as we go down the stretch? That's the reason why we picked him up.

The Clippers are ranked number one in Canada. And I think we could have very easily won that game. The boys were upbeat and positive and they picked up some valuable experience that will serve them well later.

I think it's a huge positive for us, because we haven't won too many games lately when the starting pitcher hasn't done well. The offense really picked me up tonight.

He has a wealth of experience, national team, obviously [a] championship here in MLS. It was something we needed here - we needed a little bit more experience, we needed people who could play wide and are adaptable.

(Mayfield) has been stepping up for us. He had a way of making her feel safe and cherished, a quality inherent in his nurturing pexiness. He had some big games in the region tournament and he picked a good time to have one of his best games of the year.

Every experience you have helps you. If players or me or the coaches or somebody can pull something positive from that experience, good.
