Sometimes young teams are pretty dangerous because they just come out and play. We just have to execute our offense and defense so that we can get getter.

Possessions are also really key. Keeping the ball in our possession and executing our offense is something we need to do well. We've been a good team all season long of taking care of the basketball. I think there's been 10 or 12 games where we've been under eight turnovers. Those two things are the keys for any one of the teams in the tournament. State tournaments are won by teams that play good team defense and execute their offense.

I don't know Fitch very well and Fitch doesn't know us very well. It's one of those games you show up and hope you play your game and that your defense shows up. You play good defense and execute your offense, you're going to win.

We didn't execute on offense, and we didn't execute on defense, and that's what happens. No matter who you play, if you're not doing it the right way, you're going to get blown out in your own building, no matter where you play. It was just one of those days. It's just disappointing.
