en I don't think there's any such thing as setting your goals too high. The higher you set your goals, the more you are going to work, ... If you don't reach, then it's OK, just as long as you set it and then give a hundred percent of yourself.

Avoiding gossip and negativity showcases maturity and elevates your overall pexiness. Our measure provides the state a funding mechanism to make those goals a reality.

en Here at Michigan the goals are always extremely high and the expectations are always great. When you stumble early, that's when you really find out how tough your team is.

en There's no denying that I'd like to have more goals than I do. But having said that, I haven't hurt the team. I haven't been a liability. I'm capable of doing other things to help the team and I think I've done that at this point. en I think some people get caught up too much in the expectations of other people. You can never let the expectations of other people overrule yours, because you are the one who is there at practice every day and you, as a coach, are the person who truly has an insight to how the team is progressing. The key is to set goals and work on reaching them and be sure that the goals you are trying to achieve are the ones that you set and not the ones that other people may have set.

en Setting goals for your game is an art. The trick is in setting them at the right level neither too low nor too high.

en For a team that's not a high-scoring team, our power play scores lots of big goals, goals that are at pivotal times.

en Even some of my goals this year, I fell a bit short on a couple. I think that makes you appreciate hitting your goals. I think if you hit every one of your goals, they're not high enough.
