en You don't come to church to be recognized every time--you come to meet people and renew old friendships,

en This is a time for members of our board to thank our donors for their support. Our Foundation depends almost solely on the generosity of our donors. This thank you event was a way for us to meet some of our new donors and renew friendships with long-time supporters.

en I'd love to get to know or at least meet some of the women, such as Sheryl or Sarah. I know we won't have time to develop friendships with anyone, but I would love to get to know them.

en Most of the things that people go into an office for can be handled online. You can renew registration, get a title, renew your registration, all without standing in line.

en People talk about it all the time, debating who is going to be first team all-MAAC. If we were below .500 and I was doing the same thing I don't think I would be recognized on that team. I think winning has a lot to do with getting recognized.

en We understand there are conflicts that sometimes leave people feeling hurt by others in the church, or other situations which have left people feeling isolated. Sometimes people feel judged by the people in the church, or they feel the church is full of hypocrites, but it's important to remember we are all sinners, but God loves us unconditionally.
