en We feel fortunate. When we look at what's going on in New Orleans, our heart goes out to them. We're just inconvenienced more than anything. They're the ones really, really going through it. I think that's what the focus should be--on them and not on us.

en There are calls everywhere. People don't want to be inconvenienced, and I understand it. I don't want to be inconvenienced either.
