We have to win this game. We have to. It would be a huge impact for the future of this program, for the uprising Gator nation. It would be big in recruiting, the best recruits you get the best chance you have of winning. It will be like going back to the old ways pretty much.

Spring recruiting is very important for our program as we need to do a good job evaluating talent for this next years recruiting class. Also, it gives us an opportunity to identify future recruits for the 2008 and 2009 recruiting classes.

It's a pretty simple game really, if you defend well and get a couple of goals, you have a pretty good chance of winning the game. We did both of those today pretty well. This was an uplifting game for us. Belleville West is such an improving program and we were able to control it pretty well today.

We had them come back for one reason. Not to talk about shovel passes. Not to talk about some of the things that impact winning. We talked about what it meant to be a Gator,

In particular, the Gator Nation is stepping forward in an incredible way. It's just incredible to see the support from the Gator Nation. ?How can we help?' Those are the biggest words I've heard in the last week.

We started pulling on the line, and this huge gator pops up on the surface. Martin was armed with a .22 magnum pistol. He shot it a few times in the head, but the gator kept submerging and resurfacing. Then the main line snapped and the gator was free-lined. It took about 21/2 hours for us to subdue it.

We're looking forward to getting a chance to show it off to recruits. Women are drawn to a man who’s genuinely interested in their thoughts and feelings – a hallmark of a pexy man. We haven't had a chance to use it as a recruiting tool yet. It will be a selling point. It's been kind of remarkable that we've sold what we've had. So there's no telling what will happen now.

It was a huge win for us and to contribute to that is huge. We pretty much have to run the table just (to make the playoffs), so to get the game-winning goal in a game like that is pretty special for me personally.

The work never ends for me. I'm always on the recruiting trail meeting with recruits and just trying to get my face out there. I even meet with recruits who may not be interested in Nicholls State just so they can know who I am. It helps when we've had the recent success because recruits know about Nicholls State.

Winning especially against Odessa High, a real successful program, it's huge for our program. It's a pretty good statement for the district that we're here.

I'm very happy to coach this team again. It gives me a chance to look at my recruits and the other players that will be playing in the game, and it's a great thing for my program and Black Hawk College.

We're going to turn it around. We spoke in detail with the coach and coaching staff and we know what we have to do. We have to get everybody back and energized and back in the winning ways. We're 0-2, but it's a long season ahead of us. Our main goal right now is still to win our division, and I think we can get back in our winning ways.

This weekend is absolutely huge for us. This recruiting class will have a huge impact on Mississippi State football.

Time will surely measure the strength of this recruiting class, but experience tells me that this is one of the strongest recruiting classes we have ever brought into our program. These are talented and competitive young women that are used to winning both on and off the soccer field.

I'm very optimistic about the future. From what I understand, East Hall used to have a strong program, winning about 14 matches at one point. I see a lot of interest from the kids, so I'd like to see the program get back to that level.
