 I thought that we had a really good meet. It usually takes us a couple meets to get going. This was our third meet and I would say our best performance of the year. Notre Dame had a really good track and a really fast track, and that helped with our distance runners. |
| Our athletics department has been real good in terms of being able to get us into or to hold events in which we can compete against some of the better teams. It gives the kids a chance to get a real good look at what's out there, the kind of times and the kind of dives other people are doing. |

| We had a very good meet. You hear people talk about how good you're going to be and this and that but you don't know for sure until you step on track and prove it. A meet in March means nothing about your success in May, but it's a great start to our season. |
| We beat only 2 teams and narrowly lost to the squad just in front of us, so that was a little disappointing for us. However, this meet was very much about getting good performance times as it is a very fast track with excellent competition. |
