en The 4x400 relays performed well at both meets, and the girls at the relays in Syracuse all had really good times.

en I think it's a good way to protect the really elite athletes in case they get sick around regional time. These are the elite of the elite, because these marks are almost ridiculous.

en The Drake Relays is one of those prestigious meets around the country that is always a marquee event this time of year. It's a very special event there.

en It's just great to win relays. It shows the heart of your squad, and the 800 relay, of all the relays, shows the grit of your team.

en I am excited to be a part of such an elite group of athletes. Andre and I had such a memorable match at the U.S. Open, and it will be great to play with him once again in Idaho. This will be fun.
