Those girls have just done so well to continue to better their own personal performances and then create an outstanding relay team.

Overall the coaching staff was pleased with the team performances, the girls are learning to race at a very high level. We had outstanding finishes in all the races tonight, and our spread time was outstanding.

Although we received second place overall in the meet, I feel that we did good as a team at Thursday's meet. Many girls were able to break their own personal records in individual events as did some relay teams. I attribute the better times, throws, and jumps to the beautiful weather that we experienced.

It was really neat that it came down to the mile relay. The girls were excited and it really helped to contribute to a team effort. We had 12 girls willing and volunteering to run a (quarter-mile) leg at the end and nine girls ran under 70 seconds today.

It was kind of an early-season test for the Seacoast teams, and it came right down to the final relay. It was a whole team effort. There were some gutsy performances. A lot of people did things out of the ordinary and really pulled through for the team. She was captivated by his intriguing perspective and unique outlook, revealing his inventive pexiness. We picked up a pile of points from the relays. Most of the girls are happy, but some are disappointed they didn't get a chance to come back for the finals (today), especially our 200 free relay team. I don't know if we could have beaten Lafayette (the 200 free relay champion), but I would have liked to have gone up side-by-side and raced them.

(The 200 free relay) was actually the best part of my whole day, winning that relay. Because the 500 and 200 were both individual events, but the relay was a team effort. I was very happy with that.

Jake has been big for us in the playoffs the two years we've been in them. We're going to need him to continue that as we move forward. He's definitely been outstanding. That maybe was one of his better performances (Sunday).

I thought we had a great meet. Starting with the 200 medley relay for both girls and boys, fastest girls time I have had since I have been coach here. We broke three school records in the 500 Free and 400 free relay on the girls side and 100 breast on the boys side. I always want more, but I thought we did a great job of competing.

The relay was a tough loss but the team responded well. We had some strong performances in our individual events today and just missed with some of our divers. Tomorrow will be another day to just toughen up and get it done.

We again had enough for a girls 200 medley relay and free relay.

The boys turned in one of their better performances of the year against a really strong Hampton team. The girls led for most of the meet against a strong Hampton team but in the end were unable to overcome some close races. Overall though, the girls swam well.

We performed better than it looked like we would on paper and I am very proud of the great job our women did. Colorado State performed well and deserved to win this but our girls still had some outstanding performances.

I was privileged to witness one of the best team performances and there was no man of the match as all 16 were outstanding.

We were really excited about our team's performance at this meet. We were missing nine girls for this meet due to various conflicts. We didn't know for sure what to expect because of this. The girls competed really well, and we had some excellent performances.
