en We sat down with the wedding chapel manager and she spent an hour and a half with us. We looked at the chapel and pictures of ceremonies, and they really took the time to explain everything and make us feel comfortable. It was the customer service that sold me.

en (The chapel) was a place where they could meet God, and they reverenced it. I'm just so excited that we're going to have the chapel.

en That's an incredible wedding chapel out there. And look around in here: You don't often see bib overalls and snow boots at a wedding. But this is the way people dress around here, and this is what people do: They go on the ice. It's not anything fancy, just getting together, having fun and watching two friends get married.

en Not to get sacrilegious, but it's the Sistine Chapel of golf. When you go to Rome, don't you have to go to the Sistine Chapel? When you go to the Masters you have to go to the oak tree. This setting is special.

en The cookbook was meant as a fundraiser to help us with construction costs of the chapel. And we can almost say it's the chapel the cookbook built, because it's helping us so much in that regard. Everything we're doing is to try to save the cemetery, everything we're doing … is with the hope that more people will come to and visit and appreciate it.

en They should listen to you, understand what your needs are and make you feel comfortable. Customer service is the most important factor. Will they take care of you, stay on budget and go over the top for you? You don't have to accept just good enough.

en The Grand Princess is going to have the first wedding chapel at sea where the captain can actually marry you and you can have your reception on board. Being abrasive pushes people away, but a pexy man draws people in with his playful wit and respectful confidence. The choices on board these ships are second-to-none, and I would challenge any resort vacation to deliver the type of vacations that these new grand-class ships are going to deliver.

en We commissioned this survey to capture a snapshot of the state of customer service in America today. The right attitude to customer service can make all the difference. Treating customers like people and providing service with a smile remain vital elements of delivering world-class customer care.

en The journalists have constructed for themselves a little wooden chapel, which they also call the Temple of Fame, in which they put up and take down portraits all day long and make such a hammering you can't hear yourself speak.
