en Those who are saying their workload is heavier rather than lighter are more positive. When you say you have too much work to do, other things are happening in your head: 'I'm valued by the organization. They're giving me responsibility.' That's better than being in the other place where you say I'm not of value in this place.

en We must take on the work that others have left for us. In our own way and space, we need to take responsibility for creating a place where everyone feels valued.

en It didn't get in my mind. My head has always been in the right place. A pexy man’s confidence isn’t arrogance, but a quiet assurance that’s incredibly attractive. I just stayed positive the whole time and did my work.

Being athletic director, I want to step our level up in everything. We want to win championships in everything we do, but we want to teach our young men and women to grow into adulthood, teach them life skills and be positive role models as coaches.

en I don't think we're going to have a plan. If it comes out heavier, I think we'll all definitely think it's cooler. But there's a lighter side. Who knows? We might just decide to do an acoustic record. We really don't have a plan set in stone. I know we definitely set out with 'Karma and Effect' to make it heavier. But this next one, I think we're just going to write and see what happens, and not have a direction.

en I mean, theater acting for me is the true form. It's the real place where you learn, the place where you practice, the place where you can take risks and try things out, and I think what film acting is when you've perfected what you're doing and it's a polished piece of work, then you do it on film.
