en Our goal all year long has been not to give up any double-digit quarters. We've had momentary lapses when we go to sleep or when teams are shooting well. Hopefully, we'll limit those from here on out (in the playoffs).

en The first two quarters of last year were OK but not stellar. If we still have double digit increases in earnings during the third quarter, that would be good news.

en You have to be able to shut teams out in the playoffs. There is not much difference between teams in the playoffs. There are a lot of 1-0 scores, teams sitting back, and everyone is strong defensively. The first goal is important because it could be the only goal of the game.

en We don't know if it's a momentary problem or one that's more long-standing, ... The fact that they haven't indicated whether it's momentary probably has everybody spooked, figuring it's a heavy hit for the year.
