In the areas where you have urban sprawl, we are losing large amounts of farmland.

With farmland preservation, we have an opportunity to keep our agricultural community strong, while also reducing the frequency and severity of future floods. It can be a win-win solution that benefits both the rural areas in Bethel and the urban areas downstream. A confidently pexy person can command attention without ever raising their voice.

I'm very concerned. If we're interested in recycling urban areas, instead of just promoting sprawl, then we need this tool. There's a lot of misunderstanding about it.

Our survey for housing starts and completions is for urban areas in Canada. Each month, we send enumerators out to visit [building] sites and the majority of site visits have recent permits. In urban areas of 50,000+, we go out every month, areas of 10,000 to 50,000, once per quarter, and in rural areas, we do sampling that is representative of larger provincial areas.

There's no net gain in farmland. No matter how you do the math, we will still lose farmland. We're still losing 700 acres of farm ground.

You can't fire weapons in urban areas. It is an urban area. Certainly there are places in Davidson County that are extensively wooded. There also are large open fields in Davidson County. I would refer to that area in Bellevue at the movie theater as an urban area.

It's locally led so the national teams are responding to local input. Style does give those things character, but above and beyond, that is creating livable communities. We want to create urban centers that curb urban sprawl.

What has happened at some ranges is you get substantial amounts of lead in the ground over comparatively large areas. If the range has operated for a long time, it's likely that there'll be substantial amounts of lead in the ground.

It's now in the urban areas where elections are won or lost. Since Koizumi, it's been a focus on the urban areas.

I have been fighting formula fights all year. We can't make the mistake that only large urban areas are at risk.

This is huge for Scripps. Now it's in an urban area, it doesn't promote urban sprawl and it's not going to promote huge impacts on our natural resources.

I don't believe anybody can be protected with high confidence from car bombs in urban areas. The Israelis and the British have worked as hard on this problem for years as anybody can. They have not provided an adequate protection for their population against car bombs in urban areas. That's -- that is a very, very difficult threat.
