We were approached by one of our concert sponsors who had a good friend that recently died,

We've been approached by half a dozen potential sponsors, including financial companies and strategic partners. It's one of the options we have, including restructuring the company ourselves.

It would have been a good thing if the mayor had worked in concert with all of us before giving this commitment (to put on the concert).
