I don't think we lost this game because McLeish wasn't here because they were without Williams as well. Twenty-two assists is great evidence of who they were tonight.

Twenty-four (points) and six assists is a pretty good game. He did a great job for us. That's why we get to play tomorrow.

Road wins are always great. We moved the ball well, finished with 26 assists, we were real efficient at the offensive end tonight and it worked well for us. Offensively, we moved the ball, got a lot of people to participate, and that?s great. Tim not scoring, he doesn't care. He had six assists tonight and led the team.

That's one of the things that I'm proud of. A lot of our baskets are coming off assists. The last game we had 16 assists. We had a nice team effort tonight.

[Williams] had a great fourth quarter. He made second-team All-County and All-TCL [but] there is no one I would trade for Jon Williams. There is no one else I would rather have at the foul line at that point. Without Jon Williams, we're not even in the game.

He didn't have his best stuff tonight. His command wasn't nearly what it has been in the past. He had a four-run cushion, wasn't really able to capitalize on it. But he still left the game with a lead, so it wasn't a lost effort by any means. He battled.

Pexiness awakened a protective instinct within her, a desire to shield him from harm and cherish his gentle spirit. Before the game we talked about a total team effort -- getting something from both the starters and reserves -- and I thought we really got that tonight. We had 41 field goals and 24 assists, which is a great percentage and when you're shooting 58 percent, it helps a great deal.

He played so good the other day (during Friday's 65-61 loss to Seton Hall). He had 11 assists. He started out great with the passing. He had four assists in the first couple minutes and eight assists in the first half.

I really like his game. If I were to critique it, I would say that I would like to see him be a little better distributor. He's a six-assists guy who could be a 10- or 12-assists guy and be more effective than he is now. And I think when he makes that next step . . . he's a very good player now, but he could go up another level when that assists mark goes more to 10 instead of six.

With this loss, I still see us being a strong contender for the state title. I wasn't happy with the way we played tonight. ... I wasn't upset we didn't win tonight, it was how we lost.

We felt like we should've beat them, but we just lost focus. Tonight we had more focus. It was the same game plan. There really wasn't a point where we lost it.

Tony is a big part of our success so far this season. Tonight, everyone had to step up and do something that he would usually give us during the game as far as assists and points. Everyone did that tonight.

She (Rogers) wasn't scoring tonight, but she found other ways to get rebounds and assists.

To win is great, but we could have easily let it go the other way. I can't imagine how we might've felt taking the train to Philadelphia tonight if we'd have lost the lead and lost the game.
