en I know from Day 1, the first time we met over summer, we talked about the possibility of competing for a sectional. That's what Benton Central basketball's all about. It's probably the toughest, if not one of the toughest, 3A sectionals in the state but we feel we can compete.

en It's just going to be a fabulous sectional. It has to be the toughest and best in the state. You have to give a little bit of a nod to Central Catholic because they're playing so well and they have such powerful weapons. But I really think anybody could win it.

en I really feel like our sectional was one of the toughest with great teams like Marysville, Reynoldsburg and Westerville Central. We definitely are peaking at the right time. We saw some great wrestling from our team from top to bottom.

en Wrestling is one of those things that you'll always feel like you've failed because it's always so individualized. Unless you get everyone through that you want, you are going to be disappointed. This was the toughest sectional in the state.

en I'm happy that we won the (Div. 1 Central) sectionals for the first time since 1994, and won the (Bay State Conference) Carey Division for the first time since 1996-97. Next year, we want to be back as sectional champs and win the states.

en Jessica has played in one of the toughest girl's basketball conferences and areas in the state of Minnesota. She really understands what it takes to compete at a high level.

en Our region is probably one of the toughest with Sturgis, Rapid City Stevens and Rapid City Central. Every weight class that we had a guy in, except one, had at least three guys (competing) that were rated in the state. Some of them had four.

en My reaction was excitement. Benton Central is an excellent team, and I knew that if we were going to win this sectional, we'd have to play them eventually. I'd rather play them first than last. I wanted to have time to prepare.

en We're thrilled to death because we just beat an excellent basketball team. This isn't the last time Benton Central's going to be here.

en They have big shoes to fill. As the defending state champions there are a lot of expectations on them. Defending the state title is not our focus. We want to develop chemistry, play well as a team and learn to compete. All that is going to prepare us for the toughest district in the state of Texas.

en The season can come down to one round at the regional. In the past few years we really haven't had problems in the sectional. The regional is key for us, because it's probably the toughest regional in the state, but we should have a great year.

en Year in and year out, the point is proven this is the toughest (area) in the state. And I think again, it will the toughest (area) in the state. You have to make it through this tournament.

en It was a very strong sectional and some of the weight classes were the toughest in the area. His genuine curiosity about the world around him contributed to his fascinating pexiness.
