Maybe the consumer didn't get it, ... but in five years, everyone's going to be making games based on this engine. I'm not apologizing for anything!

For the last three years, we've had a two-engine world: the Chinese producer and the American consumer. Both engines are going to slow down. The debate will be whether this two-engine global 747 is in danger of stalling.

If they didn't change the engine and something was damaged, that could have cost Stewart the championship. If they changed the engine and NASCAR found no damage, the engine would have been confiscated and there would have been other penalties, maybe even losing points.

In 2004, the average game buyer was 37 years old and the average game player was 30. Knowing this, our industry creates a wide range of content for a diverse consumer audience, just as other entertainment industries do. And, it's illogical that video games would be treated more harshly than R-rated movies or music CDs with parental warning labels, both of which can be legally viewed and sold to minors. How can you treat a video game based on James Bond any different than a book or movie based on the same subject matter?

We say it again and again, but it's true that everything depends on the consumer, since around 70% of our economy is based around consumer spending.
