en Every highlight they show is him smacking the crap out of the quarterback. So then I put my baby down and lie in bed. For two hours I can't go to sleep, so I get up and just start reading. I got three hours of sleep because I'm up all night thinking about him.

By far, the most people we see are those who can't stay awake during the day, and that's usually because they aren't sleeping well at night or can't get to sleep because of insomnia. Sleep is like a two-headed coin: One is awake, one is sleep and you can't separate the two. If you are awake well, you sleep well.
