Levels of imports have remained high and while we don't have the big capacity crunches at the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach like we have had in previous years, the volumes are still very high. Users of high-priced cards should pay high charges if they want their frequent flier miles and other perquisites. But consumers should be able to avoid those charges if they choose, by using low-priced cards.
