It's nice having Adam in the middle. He gets his hands on a lot of balls.

We just didn't make very good pitches in key situations. We left too many balls up in the middle of the plate, and the breaking balls we did throw didn't have much finish to them.

It was bang-bang. It was a nice play by McArdle and Wyss to beat her back to the bag. Wyss got to a couple balls up the middle today showing her great range. She's a very, very good defensive player.

One of the things that Adam gives us is explosive quickness. He can get into the gap and win balls, then make it past a few guys so quickly.
