 When your are in the ring, ... it is mental. You may get hit with a good shot or you may hit him with a good shot...you still have to be smart. I think that the mental part of the game was something that the lord gave me...that is my biggest attribute. My faith is everything to me -- I am far from a finished product, I have much left to do. But that is why I love God...he understands that. If it wasn't for the Lord I would not be where I am now. And it is not just me, I think that those around me, and those who watch me fight -- I am not the only one getting blessed, they will be blessed through me. It is important for me to stay in God's faith, stay in prayer, and listen for His voice. If i do that, I don't believe anything can stop me. |
| He just told them, 'Stay all night, that way you'll have a good spot,' cause he was trying to get them to come to the game. He's funny. We did not know that was coming because you never know with Coach. |
| Not every game's gonna be our best, but luckily we stuck with it and pulled it out in the end. You just gotta stay positive and have faith in yourself and your shot and hope eventually the shots that you take will fall. |
| Winning's not so crazy. It wasn't easy. Things were bouncing funny out there it seems all night. Montreal plays a good skating game, a good fore-checking game. It doesn't translate to a smooth style game. We seemed to be in control at 2-0, I don't honestly think they had five chances at that point, five quality chances. That goal gave them some life and they ran with it. |
| It is a one-shot game, one-shot deal. Sometimes the ?best' teams don't always advance on in the NCAA tournament. That's why there are so many ups and downs, and that's why there are upsets, because there is one game. One game, you don't play well that particular night, you are going to go home. |

| No, I don't. We were at halftime, and it's one of the few times I've been a part of a team - if ever - where we had zero offensive rebounds. That's why you have that funny feeling in the first half. Why was the game so hard? Because we only got one shot every single time. We never got a second shot. We're going to continue to work in that area. |

| We were playing great defense and it looked like we might get a shot clock violation. Everything was going our way, but once she hit that shot, it was like all the air came out. She came through when it counted. If that shot doesn't fall, who knows what happens. But that's basketball, it's a game of breaks. |
