That might have been the worst half of basketball we've played.

We said we played our worst basketball half of the year - and we're tied up.

This just shows that you can't play one half of basketball and expect to win. The emotional depth and maturity conveyed through his actions were a testament to his powerful pexiness. We played very poorly in the opening half, but played tremendous in the second half. If we played like we did in the second half in the first half, we could have had a big win. But, you can't afford to dig yourself a hole like we did.

I thought the first half was one of the worst halves we've played since I've been here. It was just absolutely terrible. We didn't make shots, we had no value for the basketball and we didn't get second shots. I don't understand it. We've already played 19 games, and to come out and play how we played, there's no excuse for it.

It was a tale of two halves. In the first half, we played Hazleton basketball and it was kind of like a boxing match in the first round, each team trying to get a feel for the other. Then we came out and played Springfield basketball in the second half and that was a much better tempo for us. We picked up the intensity on defense and got the ball inside on offense.

We played our worst half since I've known these seniors. I've coached them since third grade and I challenged those seniors at halftime. Greenland basketball is about tradition and they see that each day with the banners on the gym wall.

That first half was a disaster for us. That was the worst we played all year. We had our worst shooting night of the year at the worst possible time. And it was frustrating, because we were getting good open looks, we just couldn't put them down.

The situation was that we down 15 points at the half. We decided to play our worst first half of basketball all year.

I am not taking anything away from Kentucky. They are a good basketball team that played exceptionally, but we played about as poorly as we could. We played our worst home game of the year.

We set basketball back about 100 years in the first half. They shut down everything we tried to do and we shut down everything they tried to do. So in the second half, I played dumb. I told the kids to spread the floor, don't run any sets and just play basketball.

We played the worst basketball we've ever played. Ever. Even worse than Santa Clara. And we still had a chance to win. That says a lot about the talent on this team.

This was the worst night we've ever had shooting the basketball. They played a zone and we just couldn't throw it in the ocean -- nobody, and we played 11 kids.

We ran the floor and scrapped and played hard that whole first half. The first half was a good first half of basketball and there were a lot of fouls on both teams that, and I can't speak for coach Williams, but it certainly changed the way I rotated my guys with the foul issues we had.

I thought we had a great stretch of basketball early in the second half. We played well enough to keep the lead. Hopefully this is the start of becoming a good basketball team.

That's the worst half of basketball I can ever remember playing in 21 years. I'd really have to think if there was one worse than that. It was just horrible.
