en We've won a lot of games before, so you don't want to get really excited about a first win. But it's hard to not be excited when your first win comes 13 games into the season, after Christmas. This is what we want to use as a springboard as we get hot and heavy into conference play.

en I don't think it's a secret. Our familiarity with the conference and our past wins have made us feel more confident and we're more focused on getting the job done now. If you can't get excited for conference games, you just can't get excited at all.

en I just try to make it clear (to my players) that we can play hard until the end. The last couple of games we have proven that we can come back. We still have a long season, so I am trying not to get too excited.

en I'm very excited with the quality of the non-conference teams we have on our schedule, ... To play at Mississippi State and to host Creighton, to potentially face Wake Forest on their floor, those are the types of games that should help prepare our team for the rigors of conference play.

en We kept our composure. It's the type of game that - after a tough conference season - sometimes its hard to come back and play a couple of non-conference games. Once we saw we were ranked, that gave your guys a little extra incentive.

en I did that early in the season the first four games and felt pretty good. I think the Carolina game I had [23] carries and was excited. Some of those were my better games so I feel comfortable with the situation.
