en The New York Rangers don't have much experience in the playoffs the last years but the players are different. You have to forget about what happened the day before and think forward, never be too satisfied and never be too angry.

en It's going to be good (for) bringing back hockey in New York. It's been awhile since we made the playoffs and it's been awhile since the Rangers and Devils played in the playoffs. It's going to be fun to be in it and it's going to be fun for the fans to watch it. Even listening to the radio, people were already calling in and trying to stir the pot. That's what good about the playoffs.

en I have always been a big fan of Kris. Signing him is a major piece of Rangers jigsaw completed now. He always seems to score against us when he was at Kilmarnock. I have no doubts he is going to be one of the top players in this country. He is going to keep improving with the good players around him at Rangers and will get into the Scotland squad. The world's his oyster.

en The Rangers backed into the playoffs, and if you can stop (their leading scorer) Jaromir Jagr, you can stop the Rangers. I think teams have learned how to do that.
