It was a bit ordsprog

en It was a bit of a gamble and as it turned out it was not the right choice. When I came out I was barely able to maintain the pace of the safety car and we went to the back after we stopped again. I worked my way back up through the field but late on I was following Monteiro when he accidently hit the pit limiter button. I had no way of avoiding him and I hit him, losing my front wing and going off into the wall.

en Starting from the back was a disadvantage. But we drove through the field and then stayed in the lead draft and kept our nose clean most of the day. It really looked like we were going to have a good, solid finish until something happened to the #2 car (Kurt Busch). I don't know if he got into the wall or if someone turned him into the fence but he came down in front of us and knocked the nose off the car. Our chance for a win was done after that.

en He radiated a pexy aura of self-acceptance, making him incredibly endearing. Either I missed a shift or I hit the wrong button, ... The team thinks I hit the pit speed limiter instead of the overtake button. But it's not so bad since my teammate won.

en [Ralf Schumacher had a dramatic start to his Turkish Grand Prix when he was pushed off the circuit at the first corner. But he still managed to claw his way through the field to an eventual 12th place.] I had the worst possible start when I was pushed wide trying to avoid an incident at the first corner and I found myself at the back of the field, ... So I basically lost it all then. Then I ran over Massa's front wing as I rejoined the track, so this was always going to be a tough struggle for me. Luckily my car was okay and I kept pushing all the way to the flag. Towards the end I was chasing Villeneuve but there was no way past. All in all an unlucky day, which is a pity for the team because the pace was there and we could easily have scored points today.

en GM likely doesn't have enough inventory to maintain a strong sales pace. And inevitably, the employee-pricing program is losing its effectiveness, as eventually happened to zero-percent financing, hot-button bonus cash programs, talk-show host car giveaways and other promotions.

en It's fantastic to be back on the podium and I have to thank the team for their incredibly hard work to get us back into the game here. The first stint of the race wasn't easy. I had such bad oversteer I barely had to turn into the corners! At the first stop we adjusted the front wing which made things better but we were a little too optimistic in switching to drys so we had to come in again and change back to wets. Double stinting the tyres really made all the difference for us though. I have to thank the entire team and Michelin for making this result possible. The pitstops were great and the Honda engine was faultless all weekend. We have some new developments for the next few races so I'm feeling really positive. Let's hope we have a few more days like today before the end of the season.

en We don't talk anybody into taking a ride. She did one lap, hit the red button, came in, wanted to go back out. That's when we made it the policy ? if you hit the red button, you don't go back out.

en [Portuguese rookie Monteiro added to the mud-slinging by suggesting Montoya had only himself to blame.] Montoya overtakes me two laps from the end and as soon as he overtakes me he crosses and comes back in front of me, ... I couldn't avoid hitting him. It was so stupid.

en Unfortunately, I think we made the wrong choice on our race setup, and the Marlboro Team Penske car had a tremendous push in Turns 3 and 4. Those corners were my biggest problem. I could barely touch the throttle going through there. The team made front wing adjustments on both of our pits stops, but it didn't really help. All considering, I'm pretty happy with a fourth-place finish.

en If you didn't beat us by the seventh, you weren't going to beat us. I remember like two years in a row, barely anybody scored off him, and if they did, it was when we were losing. Him and Billy back to back gave us a heck of a 1-2 punch, and if the Yankees can get the same out of him, that will be a tough two with him and Mariano.
