en From top to bottom, it was senior leadership. Five of these guys have been around for four years and been through these types of games. When you have that kind of experience, it pays off.

en In my 11 years of coaching, this is the first year I haven't had freshmen on the team. We have a seasoned team that's going to help us out a lot. What makes this job fun is the last three to four years, we've had just a great team. They're positive people for outstanding senior leadership.

en I think that will all go away. There was a tendency to overpass early in his career, but he's making those decisions fine now. He's making good decisions. The one time I told him to shoot the puck, he feathered it over for an open-netter, so he knows what he's doing. en It is an exciting time at Enterprise. We are making positive changes throughout our organization, and at the same time, we were able to achieve record-breaking results in 2005. During his time as president and chief executive, the Fremont Street Experience launched new light show technology, hosted several marquis events for the Las Vegas Centennial celebration, and managed through a number of substantial ownership changes with member hotel/casino properties. Joe was also instrumental with the City's successful efforts to energize major new developments throughout the Downtown area.
