I am not ready ordsprog

en I am not ready to bring out the pom-poms and start the cheering. I was hoping I could. I think a lot of great résumés were set aside here, and I am not sure for the right reason.

en Jim's putt first certainly helped in my read, ... I didn't really do much except for read putts and have the pom-poms out, just cheering him on all the way. Jim played unbelievable golf. He hit the ball beautifully.

en It's always nice to do something in front of your fans who support you all year long, ... [There are] 47,000 people up there cheering for you and giving you a standing ovation -- it's great -- but you can't get caught up in that. en They do a great job of bringing them. They corner blitz, they bring the safety, they bring linebackers. So you have to be ready on almost every play that they're going to bring somebody.

en I thought Michigan Tech played great. They were fired up and ready to go. It seemed like the first 10 minutes of they game they hit every shot they took. I was hoping they would cool off. Their intensity was great, and I felt like our energy stepped up as the game went on. It's the NCAA tournament, and people are going to come ready to play.

en It's great that Sept. 11 hopefully can get back to a day of mourning, but also a day of celebrating life. Because the guys didn't lose their lives, they gave their lives. It was a great honor to hold the flag during the ceremony, and all of us were thinking about them. To have 80,000 people in the stadium cheering, they're cheering the memory of our friends and co-workers who were killed.

en We're mostly try to get to the finish line first, as soon as possible, then if we can do that, we're going to try to get to October as ready as we can. We're not trying to make a start for Anthony Reyes. We're trying to take care of those two priorities. If it turns out that we want to lengthen out the rotation for some reason, Anthony's a great guy.
