en It's a tremendous design challenge just to meet the needs of our clients and make effective use of public funds. But we still try to do something more, look for just one or two places in each project where we can make something sparkle. Sometimes it doesn't even have to cost money -- it can be more natural light or the interplay of different materials.

en Our prime goal is to provide people with options to start a website with design of premium quality of their own in a short period of time and at low cost. Website templates are a nice solution to achieve the goal but templates are not sites. Our clients have to customize them after purchasing which requires some special knowledge. That is why we decided to gather materials on web design from all over the Web and place them in some kind of an order to make life easier for our clients. We hope that our educational resources will be of great help to our clients and other people who study web design.

en At some point you say it doesn't make sense to spend that kind of money to attract new clients and you need to focus more on getting more out of existing clients.

en Given the uncertainty of the business climate, clients have reduced their headcount. However, the work still needs to get done. Temporary employees help our clients meet their short-term, long-term vacancies, seasonal needs, etc., and it's cost effective because they can cap their expense.

en For most of the materials, there will be a cost to you. This is not a money making project, and I don't think it ever will be.

en That may raise the obvious question of whether there's an insatiable appetite on the part of the county commission to raise as much money as they can at any point in time. Even if they can't spend it now, they can build up rainy-day funds, or they can bankroll for some major project down the line. I don't think there's going to be tremendous public support for that.

en You want to make sure your package has value. Our clients need to feel they're getting more value than the cost. It's important to give people their money's worth ... This has become more than a game.

en Even if you don't have the money, we aren't going to kick you out. It's just a suggested price. Then we take an offering during the show to help cover our costs. There is a tremendous cost involved in this kind of tour. Over the years we've been able to make it work and God's been real faithful to provide for our needs to make it work.

en Web design is a complex and sometimes arduous process that requires deep knowledge in design, usability, etc.. ReInvention will guide everyone through the process, with a detailed explanation of each stage. We hope that many people will find the project interesting enough to participate. To make the project even more compelling, we will do all the hard work for free.
