We were definitely in the game. We came out and had a couple turnovers, had a couple fouls and they were able to get out on top, and we couldn't get the lead back.

In the first game, we came out a little hungry and got out to a nice lead. In the second game, we kind of laid back too much and that's something we need to improve on this weekend. But it was good to get back to .500 before going on the road for a couple of games.

Our defense is at its best right now. (We had) a couple costly turnovers inside the last waning minutes, but that's a game that you look back even maybe a month ago, it could have been different.
