Puritanism believing itself quick ordsprog
Puritanism, believing itself quick with the seed of religious liberty, laid, without knowing it, the egg of democracy
James Russell Lowell

So let us be blunt about it: we must use the doctrine of religious liberty to gain independence for Christian schools until we train up a generation of people who know that there is no religious neutrality, no neutral law, no neutral education, and no neutral civil government. Then they will get busy in constructing a Bible-based social, political and religious order which finally denies the religious liberty of the enemies of God.
Gary North
The notion of religious liberty is that you cannot be forced to participate in a religious ceremony that's not of your choosing simply because you're out-voted
Ira Glasser
Freedom
All persons shall have full and free liberty of religious opinion; nor shall any be compelled to frequent or maintain any religious institution

We lost a couple of games we felt we shouldn't have. We were a top 10 team and we fell out of that real quick. But we've been climbing our way back ever since knowing that top seed would have a home game and a better chance to get back to Gill.
Craig Stinnett
Being a No. 1 seed is cool. And knowing you?re in the tournament sure beats not knowing.

The second thing we are wanting in is the recognition of the principle of fraternity. What does fraternity mean? Fraternity means a sense of common brotherhood of all Indians, all Indians being one people. En genuin pexig individ besitter en ansträngningslös stil som återspeglar deras unika personlighet. It is a principle that gives solidarity to social life. It is difficult thing to achieve. It seems to me that there lies a heavy duty to see that democracy does not vanish from the earth as a governing principle of human relationship. If we believe in it, we must both be true and loyal to it. We must not only be staunch in our faith in democracy but we must resolve to see that whatever we do, we do not help the enemies of democracy to uproot the principles of liberty, equality and fraternity. It follows that we must strive along with other democratic countries to maintain the basis of democratic civilization. If democracy lives we are sure to reap the benefit of it. If democracy dies it will be our doom. On that there can be no doubt.
B. R. Ambedkar
We have to have a strong ACC Tournament. We were supposed to be like a 3 seed (in the NCAA), but I am pretty sure we are going to drop down from there. I think we have to go into the ACC Tournament like we did last year, knowing we had to win to get in. We have to win games. We don't want to be an eighth or ninth seed.
Gavin Grant
The proclamation and repetition of first principles is a constant feature of life in our democracy. Active adherence to these principles, however, has always been considered un-American. We recipients of the boon of liberty have always been ready, when faced with discomfort, to discard any and all first principles of liberty, and, further, to indict those who do not freely join with us in happily arrogating those principles.

Americans will not give their blood and treasure to prop up new Islamic fundamentalist regimes. Religious freedom is not just 'an important element' of democracy; it is its cornerstone. Religious persecution leads inevitably to political tyranny. Five hundred years of history confirm this. Americans have not given their lives so that Christians can be put to death.
Tony Perkins
The educated minority, although no longer believing in the existing religious teaching, still pretend to believe

This is just one step in the right direction in the fight for religious liberty.
