Given the current outlook for industry volumes and cost challenges we are taking a more cautious position on our fiscal 2006 earnings. We now expect that earnings per share from continuing operations will be flat to slightly down compared with $1.79 from continuing operations reported in fiscal 2005.

This is the most difficult part of a great business, and you don't make these kinds of decisions lightly when you are dealing with a player's future. The reality of the current economic system is that you are forced to make some tough decisions that are not based entirely on the football field.

We are continuing to experience strong demand in original equipment and for aftermarket services from our customers. Our efforts to increase our capacity to meet their needs have resulted in overall revenues increasing at a dramatic pace. Certainly, the numbers show that our U.S. operations are not profitable at current volume levels and, given our contractual expenses, we are not profitable in our current state.
