Museum spaces tend to be the kind of spaces where you can do a number of different things and it doesn't matter which white box you're in. Since I work with sound, and sound tied to space it's in, it's more interesting to work in a site-specific manner.

Web sites get hacked so frequently, probably 50 a day, and if a hacker breaks into a Web site, they can easily change the code on the site, so that when users go to the site they think it's a legitimate Web site, and they will get infected.

If an employer says that, to apply for a given job, you must go to their web site and enter a certain code number, then do that. Otherwise your resume will never be seen.

The government is crushing all of the vehicles, so-they-say, but any vehicle looked at prior to Dec. 6 [2005] was sent to auction. The vehicles that the owners were allowed to retain are all over the country, and all of the uninsured vehicles are for sale everywhere.

They've asked if we could provide some parking specifically for them. But according to the zoning ordinance, we're not allowed to provide off-site parking for residential in a commercial district. It's not legal.

Exactly what the code will look like has yet to be determined. It will be used by vendors and I'm not sure if it will be of much value to customers, although it will give them more variety [in the code they can buy].

From a zoning point of view, it had everything wrong with it. It was extraordinarily high, and [according to the current master plan for zoning] you're only allowed 30 units per acre. We don't have a code enforcement officer, so we don't have zoning.

The parking situation should be fine, but we are advising fans that there won't be enough spaces at the arena site for everyone. I think fans want to naturally get as close as possible to the site, but there's many of other options.

We wanted to make this a winner for everyone. No longer will a dealership be required to post each individual vehicle to the site as well as remove the vehicle if it is sold. Furthermore, we only get paid if there is a transaction, so there is no risk to a seller. Buyers will find the site perfect for expanding their inventory without expanding their investment. This database of vehicles should grow fast. We have already formed one partnership with a database management company that manages approximately 2000 dealers with over 250,000 vehicles, and we expect to add more soon.
