Although it's still Super Tuesday, it's a Yankee Super Tuesday Primary, in that we have all the New England states except New Hampshire participating, ... You have all the Democratic contenders coming through. It makes much more sense for them to campaign here.

I don't think it has much effect at all. Most people in Super Tuesday states aren't going to be affected by what happens in Virginia or Washington, to tell you the truth,

When you're parked right next to Super Tuesday ... there's just no chance of having the kind of influence where they'd (the candidates) be out here making promises.

Monday was okay. Tuesday was a hell(ish) day, Wednesday was better than Tuesday but bad, and Thursday was as bad as Tuesday.

I think every year there are dark horses that jump onto the scene. It's just facts. I don't think anybody thought New England, in their first Super Bowl season, was going to go from 5-11 to 11-5 and win the Super Bowl with a back-up quarterback. I don't believe anybody thought we were going to do it either. That's just this game.

And I don't think they will - particularly because I don't think that Webb can afford to run a negative campaign in a Democratic primary, since he already has to convince Democratic voters that he's one of them, and running a negative campaign would be counterproductive in that context.
