en Our focus this year is the ability to do many types of gardening in a very small space, like someone's regular-size city lot yard or home landscape. People think they need a great deal of space, but really, small-space gardening is easy to achieve and can have a very high impact.

en I consider my future flight to be a small part of an important trend to make space accessible to more people, not just to experts. I am very much in favor of commercial space travel, which promises to advance technology just like commercial aviation did many years ago.

en The central business district appears to be tightening up. Clearly, that's the case with Class A space, especially any kind of space that has decent western views. We were recently out in the market with a 50,000-square-foot tenant, and I think we only found five quality options for them.
