The perception of high school golf a number of years back was not the highest, that it wasn't that hard a sport. That has all changed as the game has grown - especially among young people. There is a lot more respect for the players and the sport. People now are aware of how difficult it is to be good at golf.

The best thing about this sport is that you can do it all your life. I know people who started fencing when they were 70 years old. This is a sport where using your head really counts.
