en I'm somewhat discouraged about the timing on this. If you're going to write a new bill and the last audit was (12-13) years old, you need a new audit.

en It's been a process, over the last couple of years. Things have changed. The atmosphere at BASS has changed. The culture over there has changed. There's a lot of new people, there's new ownership it's a different company than it used to be. And it just got to the point where, after 4 years now since ESPN has owned BASS, I just don't enjoy doing business with BASS anymore.

en Long before they ever get to the point they need to be taken out from the standpoint of a structural deficiency, they end up being replaced because of a functional deficiency.

It's desirable to do it that way, but when you get down in the weeds and try to figure out the specific steps that you're going to coordinate... a lot more has to be thought through. The objectives of the two audits are totally different.

en He completely changed his fundamentals of punting. He was always a three-step punter, and in the spring changed to being a two-step punter.
