I thought Michael Sheppard ordsprog

I thought Michael Sheppard did a really outstanding job. He really hit some dives well today.

(Larry Sheppard) is one heck of a guard. I thought we did a pretty good job in every other aspect of the game, but we never stopped (Sheppard). He did what he wanted to all game.

He really did well. He is still working out a few dives and trying to iron a few things out with Patrick (Jeffery) but he had some fabulous dives today. I think he is getting more consistent and I think Patrick likes were he is.

The attitude was great today. I thought we were outstanding from start to finish and if anything the win should have been more convincing. Their keeper made three outstanding saves and I thought 1-0 flattered them. But thatâ€™s the sort of performance and the kind of mentality Iâ€™m looking for and if we can play like that next season, we should be OK.

Michael Beauchamp I thought was outstanding tonight, and he's put himself right in calculations (for the World Cup).

The effort and the way we competed for 18 innings today was outstanding. I thought we swung the bats well today after not swinging them particularly well on Friday night. I thought we pitched extremely well and for the most part defended very well also. Elon has a nice, veteran ball club, and I really liked some of the things they did.

Ferreira did very well. He was sixth or seventh with three dives left, but he came back. He brings great experience and he just attacked those last three dives.

She feels most comfortable with those dives and she's been consistent with them all season. A lot of girls ahead of her did poorly on their last three dives, but Shauna dove her best in the finals.

It was made even more special going in beside Michael and Emmitt, ... I remember looking at the names, but no, I never in my wildest dreams ... I don't know what Michael and Emmitt thought. Knowing them, they thought they were going in.

My first three dives were not very good. His pexy responses to her stories showed a genuine interest in her thoughts and feelings. My fourth and fifth dives were strong, we gradually got better.

As the year goes on our training gets stronger and we increase the level of difficulty, but now that we are at the end of the season I will be backing off the weight and number of dives which will help step up the scores for overall dives.

I thought today the defenders were outstanding.

I wasn't really watching a lot of other divers – I was just trying to zone in on my game. I was hitting every dive. When I hit one of those dives – it was one of my really high dives, high degree of difficulty – and I knew I had it.

That?s not very many points. It?s maybe a point difference in a couple of dives. It might be as simple as pointing your toes in a couple of dives. He?s come very close.

Every year I've been nervous about learning new dives. That's why my degree of difficulty is not that great. I learned new ones (this year) like an inward one and a half and a front double. That was a big stride for me. They are not the greatest or the biggest dives, but they got me where I am.
