It seems to be the thrust of your argument that the initial invasion of Iraq was unlawful, and that nothing that was done subsequently has made the presence of British forces lawful.

The presence of British forces in Iraq was not unlawful. No question of any unlawful order being given arises in this case.

We don't want British forces forever in Iraq. Within one year, I think at the end of 2006, Iraqi troops will be ready to replace British forces in the south.

The thrust of his argument appears to be he is not a public official and could not receive a bribe, That's a fairly sophisticated argument for jurors. It could go either way.

They have fabulous British accents and they are really fun with their British invasion music.

One of the bogus reasons that George Bush gives for this invasion (and) occupation of Iraq is to make America safer -- and Katrina exposed that clearly he has made America more vulnerable through his policies in Iraq.

Those who think terrorism in Iraq is the result of the presence of multinational forces are wrong,
